Tigers to face Volunteers twice in SEC play

Mizzou coach Dennis Gates stands on the court before the Tigers’ 80-66 loss to Miami on March 20 at Enterprise Center in St. Louis. The Tigers are scheduled to take on Tennessee twice as their rotating SEC opponent in the upcoming season.

Mizzou men's basketball is set to take on Tennessee twice as its rotating opponent in Southeastern Conference play this upcoming season. 

The Volunteers will join permanent rivals Oklahoma and Arkansas as the three teams Mizzou is set to face twice in conference play. The rest of the Tigers' SEC slate will be comprised of the remaining 12 teams in the league. Home and away venues will alternate based off where the two teams played in the 2025-26 season.
