Hannah Horton applies chalk to her hands before she competes on bars Sunday at the Hearnes Center in Columbia. She had the Tigers' second-highest score (9.850). Horton was named as one of three SEC Specialists of the Year.

Mizzou was a major presence in the 2026 SEC gymnastics awards, with 10 Tigers gymnasts voted to the All-SEC Team. The league announced the awards Wednesday. Hannah Horton led the way as one of three Specialists of the Year, alongside Skye Blakely of Florida and Kaliya Lincoln of LSU.

Horton recorded a 9.975 on vault as her highest score of the season. She recorded a 9.950 on both bars and floor this season. This marks the third consecutive season that a Tiger has won the award, as Horton joins former Mizzou athletes Helen Hu and Jocelyn Moore.
