Mizzou women's golf opened its 2026-27 campaign by placing ninth out of 12 teams in the ANNIKA Intercollegiate tournament Wednesday in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
After scoring the worst in Round 2, the Tigers bounced back by shooting an 8-over 296 in the third round. Mizzou finished the three-round tournament at +37.
Fleur Van Beek was the top MU individual performer, going four over for the tournament, good for a tie at 29th.
Grace Crawford had the best final round for the Tigers with a one-over 73.
Mizzou will next be in action at its home tournament, the Johnnie Imes Invatational, starting at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at The Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia.
Severe weather cancels Columbia College soccer match
Columbia College men’s soccer was set to face the University of Saint Mary until a weather delay paused the game during the fourth minute.
The game was originally delayed but later canceled because of the weather for the players safety.
Columbia College will take on Central Bible University at 12 p.m. Saturday at R. Marvin Owens Field in Columbia.
Stephens soccer match suspended because of weather
Stephens soccer was winning 3-0 against Governors State University when the match was delayed at the 17th minute because of lighting. The game was ultimately canceled after trying to wait out the lighting.
Sophomore forward Amaura Austell scored goals in the second and ninth minutes, while junior forward Eastin Colyer scored during the 13th minute.
Stephens soccer will face the University of Science and Arts at 1 p.m. Saturday at Battle Stadium in Columbia.
