Missouri softball fell to Georgia 8-0 in a five-inning game Friday in Athens, Georgia, to sink the Tigers record back to .500. Problems inside the batting box held Mizzou back from making it on base as the team only registered one hit.

The ranked Bulldogs started strong with a series of singles and walks to bring the lead to 5-0 in the bottom of the first.
