The transfer portal for men's college basketball opens on Tuesday, and with a roster that has already seen six departures through either graduation or entry into the portal, Mizzou men's basketball coach Dennis Gates will have to begin the process of assembling a new team. 

The 2025/26 portal class was a mix for the Tigers. Center Shawn Phillips Jr. and Jayden Stone became integral to the roster, combining for 51 starts. But despite the consistency these two brought to the table, three of the five portal acquisitions struggled to see the floor.
