The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death of an electrician who was injured while working on renovations at the University of Missouri’s Memorial Stadium in June.

Corey Sooter, 44, of Holts Summit, died June 10 after a career as a journeyman electrician. He worked for Stokes Electric, later going to Kaiser Electric and finishing at BK2 Electric working as a foreman, according to his obituary.
