(The Center Square) – The leader of a South Florida company that markets its services to foreign women seeking to give birth in the United States refused to answer questions from lawmakers on Tuesday after a Congressional subpoena. 

Wladimir Lorentz, founder and chief medical officer at Miami Medical Concierge Services, invoked his right against self incrimination under the Fifth Amendment.
