Legal fight over Trump mail ballot restrictions could affect Montana voters ahead of midterms

Bozeman, Mont. — A legal battle over President Trump’s mail-in ballot restrictions could affect how many Montana voters take part in elections ahead of ballots going out October 9th for the midterm elections. 

Trump asked the Supreme Court to reject an order from a federal judge that would have blocked his administration from imposing limits on mail-in ballots. The restrictions come from an executive order he signed in March.
