(The Center Square) – Democratic U.S. Senate candidates are divided on whether to eliminate the filibuster if the party takes control of the upper legislative chamber in November. 

The Cook Political Report, a national election analysis hub, rated partisan control of the U.S. Senate as a “true toss up,” meaning either party has a chance of control. Democrats would need to net four seats in the upper chamber to have a majority of the Senate.
