Easy to crack: Finally master your egg order

Cooking eggs well on a consistent basis can be deceptively hard, but we’re here to help. Executing a perfectly cooked egg dish is all about technique and, in some instances, about having the right tools.

Here’s a short list of tips and tricks for hacking “simple” egg preparations.

Scrambled eggs

Don't bother adding milk or water to your scrambled eggs. Cook them slowly for a creamy result.

Making deviled eggs

Use the method below to prep eggs for deviled eggs.

Fried eggs

Cover the pan to help cook your fried eggs so you don't have to flip them.

Poaching eggs

Crack each egg into a cup — making sure the yolk isn't broken — before adding to the pot.
